1. Product overview
ZW32-12F type outdoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as demarcation circuit breaker) is a new product developed by our company. The demarcation circuit breaker is a multi-functional intelligent device integrating vacuum circuit breaker and demarcation circuit breaker. The main configuration consists of vacuum demarcation circuit breaker body, bell jar type controller and external voltage transformer (Note: Dual PT is optional in distribution automation loop network line). The product is widely used in 10 kV urban and rural distribution network overhead loop network line as subsection switch and tie switch, which can implement automatic switch device for load allocation of loop network line. It can be used as a demarcation switch (commonly known as watchdog) in the branch line of large user power supply, and the feeder overhead distribution network as a demarcation circuit breaker. Vacuum demarcation circuit breaker can be equipped with remote management mode, protection control function and communication function. It can reliably judge and detect zero-sequence current and inter-phase short-circuit fault current in the boundary, and realize automatic removal of single-phase grounding fault and inter-phase short-circuit fault.
This installation instruction specifies the reference standard, test environment, model and rated parameters, structural characteristics, working principle, order instructions, and methods of operation, installation, use and maintenance of demarcation circuit breakers.
2. Main functions:
Automatic removal of single-phase grounding fault, when a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the user's branch line, the demarcation circuit breaker automatically switches off. Substation and other branches of feeder users can not feel the failure. Automatic isolation and isolation of inter-phase short circuit faults, when the user branch line interrupts, the dividing circuit breaker trips before the substation outgoing protection switch, automatically isolating the fault line, will not affect other branch users on the feeder line. Fast locating the fault point, when the user branch line fault causes the protection action of the demarcation circuit breaker, only the user is responsible for the blackout, and the fault information is submitted by the user actively. Electric power companies can quickly dispatch personnel to the scene for investigation; if the demarcation circuit breaker is equipped with communication module, the information will be reported to the power management center. Monitoring user load, when the demarcation circuit breaker can be equipped with wire or wireless communication accessories, the monitoring data will be transmitted to the power management center to achieve remote data monitoring of user load. Remote operation function, users can operate vacuum demarcation circuit breaker closing and closing through mobile phone short message or computer background mode. (It is suggested to use short message operation on mobile phone.)

7. Instructions for ordering
7.1 When ordering, the product type should be specified, such as rated current of demarcation circuit breaker, rated short circuit breaking current, quantity, product configuration (such as current transformer conversion ratio, accuracy, capacity, quantity, ex-factory conversion ratio), etc.
7.2 Users should propose installation methods and select appropriate mounting frame and fasteners.
7.3 Users can choose appropriate functional configurations, such as GPRS controller, whether the circuit breaker body is equipped with disconnector and spare parts.
